Consent to personal data processing
By submitting a request or job application on scrap.com.ru and ticking "I consent to the processing of my personal data", I freely, of my own will and in my own interest give my consent to UVM-Vtortsvetmet LLC (INN 6679177520, OGRN 1246600036737, registered address: Office 12, 3 Novinskaya St., Yekaterinburg, Sverdlovsk Region, 620024; "Moscow West" branch: Bldg. 1, 1A Institutskaya St., Nakhabino, Krasnogorsk, Moscow Region, 143432; the "Operator") to process my personal data on the following terms.
1. Purpose
Handling my request: contacting me by phone, quoting a price for scrap metal, arranging its delivery or collection. If I apply for a vacancy, the purpose is considering my candidacy: contacting me, assessing my candidacy, inviting me to an interview.
2. Personal data
- name;
- phone number;
- details I provide in the request: type of metal, approximate weight, comment (including collection address);
- for a job application, the selected vacancy and my comment;
- IP address and the address of the Site page the request was sent from.
3. Operations
Collection, recording, organisation, accumulation, storage, updating, retrieval, use, blocking, deletion and destruction, with and without automation. Transfer to third parties only where required by Russian law.
4. Term and withdrawal
This consent is valid until the purpose is achieved, but for no more than 1 year from submitting the request, or until withdrawn. Consent for a job application is valid until a decision on my candidacy is made and, if I am not hired, for 30 more days, or until withdrawn.
I may withdraw my consent at any time by writing to info@scrap.com.ru or by post to the Operator's address. After receiving the withdrawal, the Operator stops processing and destroys my personal data within 30 days unless the law provides otherwise.

The processing and protection of personal data is described in the Privacy Policy, which I have read before submitting the request.
